Blue Earth MN is a town with a population of 3,500 people. they are located in southern MN. Their Clam to fame is of the 55' statue of the Jolly Green Giant. This is where Green Giant started from. Blue Earth also makes the claim of being the town that invented the Eskimo pie (ice cream sandwiches) so can we expected another statue???
