Well well well. its another great night at the lake and i am about to crawl into bed. i went for a played a little basketball and then went for a quick dip into the lake. i say every morning that i will go to bed early but never do. tomorrow i plan on being very productive at work. :)

I think i am become more antisocial at work. i have been to busy to engage in the idle chat that goes on around the office. and i sense that i am out of the loop into which faction of woman aren't talking to others for petty reason this week. I found that this is the normal progression when middle age females work together, the cant coexist, the must find new and innovative was to back stab and bitch about each other. Ultimately i find that woman are more to blame for the inequality of woman leadership in the work place. It boils down to woman, in general, hate to be bossed around by another woman. although i would be lying if i didn't say a part of me likes to hear the complete nonsense they come up with to complain about each other. I usually just encourage them.
