Work has been nuts lately. What are some of the things you guys do to keep your sanity at work?

I am in St. Paul all of this week for some training and classes. today is hot as hell though (thats 92 degrees for those of you who dont know how hot 'hell' starts at). today i had lunch at some cool eclectic sandwich shop that I stumbled into. Next to it there is a salvage store full to the brim with old fireplaces, light fixtures, chairs and stained glass windows...etc. I hope everybody had a great weekend.

I need to find away to be more productive in my day. I feel like i work fairly hard at work and at home but yet there is always so much more i aspire to have done. Maybe i am slow or my 'gift' of gab holds my productivity down. Or maybe there is always going to be a shit ton of stuff to be done and no matter how hard i work it all cant be finished.

I decree that on this day May 3rd in the lords year of 2007 is Naked Day. In honer of 'Naked Day' i am going to spend tonight naked.

The North Shore was unbelievable. We had great weather and there were hardly any people. We did have a black bear roam through our camp site Friday night but we had all of the food put away in our truck. We averaged i bet about 10 miles of hiking a day. I jumped in to lake Superior (invigorating to say the least).

The vikings redeemed a lousy season with a great draft.

And my wife racked and painted while i was gone.

So all in all it was a kick ass weekend.
