Built to Spill was fantastic. They played a in front of I'd say 200 people. which doesn't do them justice but for me was great. I am a fan of theres so i knew i would really enjoy it but moody who only knew a couple of their songs had a great time too. They are a band that translates over to better in person than on their cd's. with three guitar players feeding off of each other the show was very unscripted and organic. out of 10 stars i will give it an 8.

Tonight i am going to go and see a band i have admired for a long time. Built to Spill. they are out of Boise Idaho and have been one of the innovators to what is now classified as Indie rock. they fully embody the indie sound, low fie unscripted sweeping melodies that make their sound unique. Moody, Mystic (a guy I jam with) and myself will be in Fargo checking them out. i will write a review of the show tomorrow.

Vikings suck.

Th trip to the boundary waters was amazing. i will have pictures of it on here in the next couple of days. its hard to go from the untouched beauty with no one and nothing around to hectic pace of the real world.
